摘　　要：分析了神华集团建设本安管理系统的背景及重要性,介绍了适用于分级管理企业的本安管理系统架构,详细阐述了本安管理系统各个子系统以及功能模块实现的功能,并对主要业务流程进行了具体的论述,最后展示了本安管理系统在神华集团全面应用后的实施效果。The background and significance of intrinsic safety management system construc- tion for Shenhua Group were analyzed, the architecture of intrinsic safety management system which was suitable for hierarchic management of enterprises was introduced, the functions a- chieved by each subsystem and function module were elaborated, and the primary operation flow was expounded in detail, finally the implementation effect after comprehensive application of in- trinsic safety management system in Shenhua Group was showed.
