摘 要:为探讨仔兔感染大肠杆菌后肠道内Toll样受体4(TLR4)的表达以及氧化还原状态,将32只健康新西兰仔兔随机分为2组,分别为大肠杆菌感染组和正常对照组。经腹腔注射途径攻毒后1,3,5,7 d采集肠道组织,免疫组化法检测肠道内TLR4的表达以及分光光度法测定肠道黏膜中丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果发现,大肠杆菌感染使肠道TLR4的表达显著增加,同时,肠道MDA含量增加,SOD活性下降,给仔兔肠道造成一定程度的氧化损伤,为进一步探讨仔兔大肠杆菌病的发病机制奠定基础。In order to study the effect of Colibacillosis on redox state and the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 in intestine of rabbits, 32 healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups,one group was infected with Escherichia coli and the other one was healthy as control group. The intestinal tissues were collected on the 1st,3rd,Sth and 7th day after infected to exam-ine the expression of TLR4 in intestinal tract by immunohistochemistry and malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD)in intestinal mucosa by spectrophotometry. The results indi- cated that the expression of TLR4 increased significantly after infected with Escherichia coli, at the same time,the ammout of MDA increased and the activity of SOD activity decreased. The results showed that Escherichia coli infection will lead to abnormal expression of TLR4, and break the redox of dynamic balance,causing a certain degree of oxidative damage.
