摘　　要：稀土在航天、军事、新材料合成等方面不可或缺,是国家重要的稀缺战略资源。长期以来,中国稀土行业普遍存在偷挖盗采、走私泛滥、污染严重、浪费巨大和研发滞后等一系列问题,使中国稀土面临资源、环境、经济等多重困境。基于对中国稀土行业危机现状的调查,分析了危机产生的主要原因,提出了危机管理的实施对策,以促进稀土行业持续健康的发展。Rare earth element is important scarce national strategic resources,for it is essential in aerospace,military affairs and new material synthesis. For a long time,illegal mining,smuggling,heavy pollution,terrible waste and lag-behind technology development have been disturbing the rare earth industry in China,making the industry haunted by the problems of resources,environment and economics. Based on the investigation about the present situation of rare earth industry crisis,the main reason for the crisis was analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward for implementing the crisis management in order to promote sustainable and healthy development of rare earth industry.
