石翁止泻散对猪、鸡腹泻临床防治效果研究

摘　　要：石翁止泻散由白头翁、石榴皮、黄柏等中药按一定比例配制而成,主要用于畜禽消化道疾病防治。本试验以仔猪、肉鸡为靶动物,研究了氟苯尼考+硫酸黏菌素、硫酸安普霉素+阿莫西林与石翁止泻散预防和治疗畜禽腹泻的临床效果。结果表明,试验组与空白对照组相比有效预防率与治愈率均差异显著(P<0.05);试验组中石翁止泻散的有效预防率与治愈率较高,效果较好,试验组间有效预防率与治愈率差异不显著(P>0.05)。石翁止泻散对畜禽腹泻防治效果确切,可作为防治畜禽腹泻的首选药物。Shi Weng Antidiarrheal is made up by traditional Chinese medicine in certain proportion,namely Radix Pulsatillae,Pericarpium Granati,Cortex Phellodendri and so on.The preventive and treatment experiments were carried out on piglets and chickens with florfenicol ＋ colistin sulfate,sulfuric acid apramycin ＋ amoxicillin and Shi Weng Antidiarrheal,respectively.The results showed as follows：The effective prevention rates and cure rates in experimental groups,especially Shi Weng Antidiarrheal treated group,were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〉0.05）;the test groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Clinical trial showed that Shi Weng Antidiarrheal could be used to prevent and treat diarrhea and gastrointestinal diseases of livestock and poultry with marked curative effect and little sideeffect.
