高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中的邻苯二甲酸酯

摘　　要：建立了10种邻苯二甲酸酯的高效液相色谱分析方法．采用脂肪测定仪检测，以乙醚为提取液，提取进样分析．在反相C18柱上用乙腈和水梯度洗脱，用二极管阵列检测器检测，定量波长225nm，柱温35℃，进样体积10μL，流速1．2mL／min；回收率为98．4％～101％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为2．9％～5．3％，符合残留物分析的技术指标要求．The determination of ten kinds of phthalate （PAEs） by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was developed. After extracted from textiles by fat instrument with ether, PAEs was eluted from C18 stationery liquid column with gradient elution of acetonitrile and water, and detected by diode-array detector （DAD）. The detection wavelength was 225 nm, column temperature was 35 ℃, the injection volume was 10 μL, the flow rate was 1.2 mL/min. The recovery rate was 98.4%-101% and precision of relative standard deviation （RSD） values was 2.9%-5.3%, both of which met the technical requirements of residue analysis.
