摘  要:研究各类玄武岩纤维滤料表面改性前后在不同温度条件下的各项主要性能指标及表面形态。结果表明:各类玄武岩纤维滤料在高温条件下的尺寸稳定性能优异,高温处理后滤料的经、纬向断裂伸长率出现减小的趋势;300℃条件下在线检测表面处理的玄武岩纤维针刺滤料试样,所得经、纬向断裂强力高于采用GB/T 6719—2009方法 300℃处理后测试的滤料强力;经表面处理的玄武岩纤维针刺滤料在耐酸、碱腐蚀性能方面强于未处理滤料,且其各自耐酸性能优于耐碱性能;玄武岩纤维针刺滤料的耐折性能无论在常温还是高温段基本都劣于玄武岩纤维机织滤料,且经表面处理试样的耐折性能也优于未经表面处理的试样;在耐磨性能方面,经表面处理的玄武岩纤维针刺滤料优势明显。The main performance indexes of many kinds of basalt fiber filter materials, before and after surface modification, were studied at different temperatures. The results show that the dimension stability of various types of basalt fiber filter materials is excellent at high temperature and the warp and weft breaking elongation of the filter, treated with high temperature, decrease. The warp and weft break-ing strength of basalt fiber needle felt filter samples, with surface treatment at 300 ℃, is higher than that treated with GB/T 6719—2009 test method. The acid resistance performance and alkali resist-ance performance of basalt fiber filter with surface treatment are better than those of filter untreated. The acid resistance performance of basalt fiber filter is better than its alkali resistance performance. The folding properties of basalt fiber needle filter, whether at normal temperature or high tempera-ture, are basically inferior to basalt fiber woven filter. However, the folding property of basalt fiber with surface treatment is better than untreated one. The wear resistance of basalt needle filter, sur-face-treated, has obvious advantages.
