热老化过程中变压器油酸值变化研究

摘　　要：对变压器油及油纸进行热老化模拟试验,研究热老化过程中变压器油的酸值变化情况。结果表明:温度和老化时间对油中酸值影响比较大,随着老化时间的延长,温度越高,酸值增加越快;不同类型变压器油抗老化性能有一定的差异,绝缘纸的加入对变压器油热老化过程中酸的生成有促进作用。The transformer oil and oil-paper were conducted thermal ageing experiment, and the acid value change of the transformer oil during thermal ageing process was studied. The results show that the temperature and ageing time have large impact on the acid value in oil. With the prolonging of ageing time, the higher the temperature, the Faster the acid number increases. The different types of transformer oil have different ageing resistance, and the addition of insulating paper has a promote effect on the generation of acid of transformer oil during thermal ＇ageing process.
