摘 要:研究了环氧复合绝缘材料内部缺陷的超声检测方法,设计了能够准确获取内部缺陷特征的超声自动检测系统。针对不同孔径气隙和不同取向裂纹两类典型的绝缘缺陷,研究了超声A型回波的时域和频谱特性,分析了影响频谱特性的主要因素,并提出了一种根据超声幅频曲线特征识别绝缘内部缺陷的方法。结果表明:通过分析超声回波的幅频特征能够正确识别出不同形态的气隙和裂纹缺陷。The ultrasonic detection method of internal defects in epoxy composite insulating material was studied, and an ultrasonic automatic detection system, which can accurately obtain the characteristics of internal defects, was designed. In view of two types of typical insulation defects, which are different sizes of air gap and different orientation of crack, their time-domain characteristics and spectral character- istics of A-type ultrasonic echo was studied. The main influence factors of spectral characteristics were analyzed, and a method for recognizing the internal defects of insulation materials was proposed based on the ultrasonic amplitude-frequency characteristics. The results show that this method can correctly identify the different air gap and crack defects in the insulating materials.
