摘　　要：目的:调查天津市滨海新区塘沽的社区卫生服务机构各种形式健康教育活动的相关工作量,探索社区卫生服务机构健康教育相关工作量测算方法。方法:选取天津市滨海新区塘沽10家社区卫生服务中心,以问卷形式调查各中心健康教育项目开展情况,以健康教育项目工作总人时进行工作量测算。结果:10家中心2013年全年累计举办健康教育活动342次。健康讲座(HL)、主题宣传日(TD)和健康咨询(HC)的总人时分别为7小时、8小时及9小时,健康音像播放(MP)、健康督导(HP)、健康指导(HG)和橱窗展示(WD)工作时间均为2小时。健康教育活动的总工作量的计算公式为:健康教育活动总人时=7×HL+9×HC+8×TD+2×(MP+HS+HG+WD)。结论:健康教育相关工作量估算公式具有较强的实践性,对社区卫生服务中心及科室进行绩效考核或人力资源规划具有参考意义。Objective To investigate the workload of all forms of health education activities, and explore a way to measure the workload of health education activities in community health service institutions. Methods 10 community health service institutions were selected to investigate the health education activities during 2013. The workload was measured with total man-hour. Results A total of 342 health education activities were held in 10 institutions in 2013. For each health education activity,total man-hour was 7,8, and 9hours for health lecture （HL）, topic days （TD） and health consultation （HC） activities respectively. The total man-hour workload was same （2 hours） for media play（ MP）, health supervises（ HS）, health guidance（HG） and window display（WD）. Thus, the total workload measurements for health education activities could be measured as the following： Total man-hours for health education activities. Conclusions The formula introduced in this article was sample and applicable for measuring the workload of health education and useful for community health service institutions with respect to performance appraisal and human resource allocation.
