摘　　要：目的:从"成本-收益"的经济视角探索如何推动我国双向转诊制度建设与发展。方法:利用演化博弈模型,分析合作成本、合作收益对社区医院群体与大中型医院群体建立双向转诊制度的影响并结合合作成本、合作收益的结构提出相应对策。结果:合作成本与合作收益的比值越小,社区医院与大中型医院越倾向于合作态势并建立、落实双向转诊。结论:调整政府政策、整合医疗资源、建立协调机制、精简转诊流程等可以促进医院间的合作关系、加快双向转诊制度建立。Objective To explore how to establish and develop a two - way referral system in China through a cost - benefit a- nalysis. Methods Based on an evolutionary model, the influence of cooperation income and cooperation cost is explored in a two - way referral system and then some corresponding countermeasures will be put forward. Results When the ratio of the cooperation cost and cooperation income becomes smaller, community hospitals and large - or medium - sized hospitals are more likely to estab- lish and implement the two -way referral. Conclusion To perfect government policies, integrate medical resources, establish coordi- nation mechanisms and streamline the referral process will increase cooperation income and less cooperation cost when a two - way referral system is in operation.
