摘　　要：目的:了解国内外妊娠糖尿病筛查和干预的经济学评价研究现状。方法:系统搜索并评价1995-2014年间发表的国内外妊娠糖尿病筛查和干预的经济学评价文献。结果:根据文献纳入标准选入妊娠糖尿病筛查和干预的文献16篇,均为英文文献。其中10项研究表明筛查干预是具有成本效果的,5项研究表明其是成本节约的,仅有1项研究的结果是否定的。结论:国外研究已表明对妊娠糖尿病进行筛查干预是具有成本效果的,有必要结合我国的妊娠糖尿病发病率现况和筛查干预的实践进行经济学评价。Objective To assess the current situation of economic evaluation studies on gestational diabetes mellitus screening and intervention. Methods Research literature on gestational diabetes mellitus screening and intervention which were published from 1995 to 2014 were systematically searched and evaluated. Results The 16 relevant papers in English was included. Researches re- veals that screening or intervention has been proved to be cost-effective in ten studies and cost saving in five studies ,with only one study brought out the opposite result. Conclusion International studies have shown that screening or intervention for gestational dia- betes is cost-effectiveness. It is necessary to conduct economic evaluation combine with domestic incidence of gestational diabetes and practice of screening and intervention.
