摘　　要："黄登林多元调解法"立足于少数民族聚居的乡村社会实际,整合民族聚居乡村社会的"制度权威"、"传统权威"和"法律权威",采用"常人逻辑"、"权威逻辑"和"习俗逻辑"相结合的调解路径建构"民间嵌入式"乡村司法模型,寻找民族聚居乡村社会情与法的交融点,实现民族聚居乡村社会治理中的整合与规范效应。＂Hang Denglin’s multivariate mediation methods＂which is based on the reality of the rural society where ethnic minorities live in compact communities. want to integrate＂the institutional authority＂and ＂the traditional authority＂and＂the authority of law＂of the rural society in ethnic minority areas. It constructs ＂Folk Embedded＂ Rural Justice Model using the mediation path of combination with ＂normal logic＂, ＂authority logic＂ and ＂custom logic＂ and wants to find the combination of affection and law of the rural society where ethnic minorities live in compact communities to realize the effects of integration and norms in the governance of the rural society where ethnic minorities live in compact communities.
