民族地区耕地资源可持续利用问题研究——以新疆为例

摘　　要：耕地保护是人们为保证耕地的永久性利用和持续利用提供基本保障所采取的措施。十分珍惜和合理利用每寸土地,切实保护耕地是必须坚持的一项基本国策。新疆是我国西部粮仓,陈述了新疆耕地资料开发与利用的基本现状,分析在此过程中存在的包括耕地面积锐减、人地矛盾、耕地质量等方面的问题。基于此,提出实现新疆耕地资源可持续利用的基本思路。Cultivated land protection is a measure to ensure the sustainable use of cultivated land. It is a basic state policy to cherish and use every inch of land and protect arable land. Xinjiang is the western barn of China,This paper presents the basic situation of the development and utilization of cultivated land in Xinjiang. Analysis of the problems in the process include the sharp decrease of cultivated land,the contradiction between man and land,the quality of cultivated land and so on. Based on this,the basic thinking of realizing the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Xinjiang is proposed.
