摘  要:介绍了大直径厚壁X70QS钢级管线用无缝钢管的化学成分及在线淬火热处理工艺,对比分析了在线淬火和离线淬火对X70QS钢级管线用无缝钢管组织与性能的影响。分析认为:采用轧制后的再加热+定径在线淬火热处理工艺,使得X70QS钢级管线用无缝钢管的表层和心部均获得针状铁素体组织,其强度、韧性和耐蚀性能优良。Briefly described here in the paper are the chemical composition of and on-line heat treatment process for the large-sized, heavy-wall X70QS seamless linepipe. Also comparatively analyzed are the effects on the said pipe's structures and properties by the on-line quench process and the off-line quench process separately. The analysis leads to such a conclusion that thanks to employment of the on-line quench treatment process following postrolling reheating+sizing, the said pipe possesses acieular ferrite structures both in its outer layer and core area, which brings about excellent strength, toughness and corrosion resistance.
