摘 要:从化学成分设计、高纯均质化冶炼-连铸工艺、轧管工艺、热处理等方面,介绍了X80钢级海洋自升式钻井平台桩腿支撑管的生产情况;分析统计了该桩腿支撑管的力学性能,并与国外产品进行对比;依据相关焊接规范进行焊接工艺评定试验。结果表明:生产的X80钢级桩腿支撑管的各项性能指标达到或者超过国外同类产品,低温韧性远高于国外产品,且可焊性高。Described in the essay are the production of the X80 steel pipe used as support of the leg of the offshore jack-up drilling platform, covering such main aspects as chemical composition design, hi-purity/homogen- ization melting-continuous casting process, pipe-rolling process, and heat treatment, etc. Relevant analysis and statistics concerning the mechanical properties of the said pipe are made, and then the results are compared with related data of similar foreign-made products. Furthermore, according to applicable specification, relevant test to the welding process is conducted for evaluation purpose. As a result, it is revealed that the X80 steel pipe possesses all property values equivalent to or even higher than those of similar foreign-made products, and also has its low-temp- erature toughness much higher than that of the foreign ones, and high weldability as well.
