摘　　要：针对传统加密技术不能有效保护纸质文件,在纸质文件泄露后无法追溯泄露源的问题,提出了一种基于数字水印的纸质文件源头追踪系统应用方案,采用字移编码的文本水印技术,解决了纸质文件泄露后源头追踪的问题,有效保证了文件的安全管理。For traditional encryption technology cannot effectively protect paper file, and cannot trace leaked source problem after the paper document leak. This paper proposes a paper document source tracking system based on digital watermarking application solution, which using an word-shifting encoding text watermarking technology, solves the problem of the paper document leaked source tracking, effectively ensures the safety management of files.
