摘　　要：企业组织与市场存在本质上的区别,也不等同于一般性的生产组织。事实上,企业组织仅仅是生产组织在一定历史阶段所呈现出来的一种形态,与现代市场相对应的不是企业组织而是一般生产组织。从演化的角度看,生产组织经历了家庭组织到契约组织再到企业组织的渐进演化过程。There are essential difference between a firm and a general productive organization and difference between a firm and a market.The organization of a firm is just a kind of productive organization which is seasoned with a special histori-cal stage.Accordingly,it is a productive organization not a firm differing from the market.From the view of evolution-ism,the productive organization has gone through three configurations step by step：the family,the contract and the firm.
