摘　　要：介绍了一种单管卡的结构形式,分析了原用工艺方案的缺点,提出了新的工艺方案并进行了工步设计和工艺计算。详述了新方案所用的三工位单管卡冲压模的结构特点、工作过程和设计要点。The paper introduces the structural form of a single pipe clamp, analyzes the disadvantage of the previous process and puts forward the new process scheme according to which the process step design and calculation are carried out. Besides, the structure characteristics, working process and the main design points of the new stamping die for three-station single pipe clamp are elaborated.
