摘　　要：针对天津大功率和谐机车新造滚动试验台机械系统的技术要求、系统结构和功能进行阐述,并介绍了试验台设计的基本原则,以期对机车滚动试验台的设计、运用起到指导和借鉴作用。The paper introduces the technical requirement, system structure and function of new rolling test bed mechanical system for Tianjin high-power HX locomotive, as well as basic principle of test bed design,which would play guidance and reference function for the locomotive rolling test bed design and application.
