摘　　要：介绍了一种满足客户对印刷基片的印刷精度和套印精度要求的印刷头系统,分析了现有印刷头机构的不足和缺陷,对其结构和功能进行优化和改进,实现了印刷头机构既能适应太阳能行业的印刷,也能适应对印刷精度和套印精度要求较高的厚膜电路的印刷。Printing head mechanism is a key part of the printing machine, this paper introduces a meet customers on the printed substrate printing precision and accuracy requirements of the printing head system, analyzes the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing print head mechanism and optimizes and improves it＇s structure and function, achieves solar industry of printing, also suitable for printing of printing precision and overprinter precision. the print head mechanism which can adapt to the thick film circuits which have higher requirements .
