摘　　要：讲述了由深圳市创科自动化控制有限公司自主开发的图像处理软件CKVision在分选设备视觉定位中的应用;CKVision以开发周期短、操作简单、运行稳定三大优势在国内市场占有一定优势地位;在识别方式上将轮廓识别与灰度分析叠加使用,改善了分选设备对带墨点的芯片识别效果差的现象。This paper mainly describes the application of the image processing software CKVision,which is independently developed by Shenzhen Auto Control Co., Ltdthat is used in the visualpositioning of the sorting equipment. CKVision has a certain advantage in the domestic market becauseof it＇s three advantages of short development cycle, simple operation and stable operation.Inrecognition method,contour recognition and gray scale analysis are used toimprove the performance ofthe chip recognition with the ink dot.
