摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,以德国西门子公司提出的"工业4.0"为标志的第四次工业革命拉开序幕。作为全球制造业领先的中国以此为契机提出了"中国制造2025",寻求制造业与信息业的结合点。通过对智能系统在电镀生产线制造过程中的应用研究,构建了智能化生产过程中的标准化、模块化的设计、制造以及储存固化流程。提出了适应发展的制造业解决方案,对传统的电镀生产线制造给出了一个指导性方案。With the development of information technology.Puting forward by German Siemenscompany- ＂Industry 4.0＂ marked the fourth industrial revolution starting.As a leader of the globalmanufacture.China presented ＂China Manufacture 2025＂ as an opportunity to looking for the pointwhere did manufacture and information combine.In this paper, the application of intelligent system inmanufacturing process of electroplating production line has been researched by buildingstandardization, modular design, manufacture and storage process.Put forward the solutions to adaptto the development of manufacturing, giving a guidance scheme for manufacturing of the traditionalelectroplating production line.
