摘　　要：介绍了电气设计库的管理办法和基本规范。在半导体专用设备电气设计时,需要把元器件等整理成公共库,便于企业统一使用。设计人员以规范和公共库为基准,进行库的设计和整理,并经过持续的标准化、规范化之后,库即可在PLM系统中和日常设计中使用。This paper mainly introduced management methods and basic standards in electrical design. Component and device libraries should be constructed and managed so that the relative libraries could be unified used in a company. Designers should create libraries on the basis of management methods and standards, and these libraries could be used in common electrical design and the PLM system.
