摘 要:在水网络中引入再生回用/循环,可以有效地减少新鲜水消耗量和废水排放量。目前文献大多只讨论了具有一个再生单元的系统。作者研究了具有两个再生单元并产生两个不同浓度再生水流的水网络。对于一些使用高浓度再生水流即可满足的过程,无需使用低浓度再生水流,这样可以减少低浓度再生水的使用量,即减少费用较高处理过程的处理量,从而降低再生处理费用。采用迭代方法进行计算,计算过程稳定可靠。Water networks involving regeneration/recycling units can significantly reduce freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge. Most methods reported in literature discussed only one regeneration unit and few works discussed systems with more than one. This paper proposed a new design method of water networks involving two regeneration units which generate different recycling water concentrations. For processes which accept higher recycling water concentrations, the regenerated stream with lower concentrations is not necessary. Therefore, the consumption of the lower recycling water concentration can be reduced to cut the regeneration cost. An iterative method is proposed in this study to design such water networks which are simple and effective.
