摘 要:为明确鹿复合麻醉剂作用下鹿血压变化与血浆肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、心钠素、降钙素基因相关肽相关性。试验选取6只健康成年梅花鹿,肌注鹿复合麻醉剂0.04 m L·kg-1,注药前及注药后0、15、30、45、60、75、90及120 min血压监测,并同步采集颈静脉血样测定肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素(AⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)、心钠素(ANP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量。结果表明,梅花鹿麻醉期血浆中ANP、PRA、AⅡ和ALD含量下降,与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);CGRP含量升高,与对照组相比极显著升高(P<0.01);SBP、DBP和MAP显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。说明鹿复合麻醉剂引起肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、心钠素、降钙素基因相关肽变化,参与鹿血压变化调节。In order to investigate the compound anesthetic for deer(CAD) on the relationship ANP, CGRP, RAAS in plasma and the changing of blood pressure in deer. Six healthy grown deers were injected drug(0.04 m L· kg^-1), Jugular vein blood was collected at 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 and 120 min before and after administration, and systolic blood pressure was monitored at the same time. The atrial natriuretic peptide, calcitonin gene related peptide, rennin, renin(RPA), angiotensin(A Ⅱ) and aldosterone(ALD) in plasma were determined by Elisa. Results showed that the contents of ANP, PRA,AⅡand ALD in plasma were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). CGRP was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01). The blood pressure was also significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.01). It was concluded that ANP, CGRP, PRA, AⅡ and ALD participated in changing of hemodynamics caused by the CAD.
