摘　　要：按照国家"大众创业·万众创新"和"创新引领创业、创业带动就业"的部署,以大学生为代表的创新创业产业聚集促进区域经济联动发展。营造良好的创业氛围、构建完善的创业实践体系以及拓展创业融资渠道是构建大学生创业集群与区域经济联动发展的有效途径。The country has launched ＂the public entrepreneurship- people innovation＂ and ＂leading innovation entrepreneurship-entrepreneurial drive employment＂. Undergraduate, as the representative of innovation and entrepreneurship industry, will promote the coordinate development of regional economies. To create a good business environment, build a sound business practice system and expand the financing channel are effective ways to construct the undergraduate entrepreneurial cluster and regional economic development.
