知识服务视角下的学科专家“管家式”服务——以陕西省科学技术信息研究所为例

摘　　要：以科技情报信息服务机构开展知识服务为切入点,以陕西省科学技术信息研究所作为具体分析对象,从基本信息服务、特色知识服务以及渗透延伸服务等方面讨论信息服务机构如何有效地发挥其信息资源优势和智力优势,拓宽机构的知识服务领域,进而为不同学科专家的创新需求提供全方位、全程化的"管家式"知识服务,满足学科专家多重知识服务需求。As a starting point, the anthors choose the science technology information services institutions which developing knowledge service, and take Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shaanxi as a concrete analysis object. In terms of basic information services, special knowledge services and extension services, the article discusses how these institutions can play their superiority of information resources and intelligence and also broaden the field of knowledge service, in order to provide all - dimensional and whole - ranged ＂steward type＂ knowledge services for the innovative demand of different subjects＇ experts, and meet the multiple intelligence service requirements of subject experts.
