河北省商品林林业保险供需现状分析

摘　　要：基于经济学供给和需求理论视角,从林业保险供给主体、供给内容、供给范围等方面分析了河北省商品林林业保险供给现状,运用描述统计法和二元Logistic模型分析了河北省商品林林业保险的需求现状。根据河北省商品林林业保险供需现状分析结果可知:河北省商品林林业保险存在着供需不平衡、供需信息不对称、供需对接困难等问题。因此,提出可以通过增加林业保险产品种类、加强林农风险意识和林业保险认知教育、增设保险公司林业保险乡镇服务网点等措施来促进河北省商品林林业保险的发展。From the perspective of supply and needs theory of economics,the paper analyzes the supply status of the commercial forest in Hebei province from the aspects of forestry insurance supply subject,content,and it＇s ranges. And the demand status has been analyzed as well by using description statistics method and binary Logistic model analysis. Based on the analysis above,it is concluded that there exists some problems in the commercial forestry insurance of Hebei province,such as imbalance between supply and demand,asymmetric information and docking difficulties. The development forestry insurance of Hebei province can boost by increasing the category of forestry insurance,strengthening the education of risk awareness and insurance awareness of forestry farmers and by establishing the forestry insurance service center in rural areas.
