系统视角下我国读者决策采购实施的现有条件及主要问题分析

摘　　要：读者决策采购作为一种新的资源建设模式在美国高校图书馆已经得到普遍的研究和应用,并且取得了很大的成功。国内也有不少学者开始关注其理论研究,希望将先进的理念和做法引进国内的资源建设工作中,促进国内图书馆工作的发展。文章在对读者决策采购构成要素分析的基础上,结合国内具体情况,对目前读者决策采购的实施从已有条件和存在障碍及解决办法几个方面进行分析与研究,以期能有针对地解决问题,促进读者决策采购在国内的成功实施。Patron-driven acquisition,as a new resource construction model,has been widely studied and applied in the U. S. university libraries,and has achieved great success. Many scholars have began to focus their attention on theoretical research,hoping to introduce the advanced concepts and practices to the domestic resource construction work,and to promote the development of domestic libraries. On the basis of the analysis of the constituent elements of patron-driven acquisition,combined with the specific circumstances, the paper analyzes the its implementation from the existing conditions and the obstacles with a view to solving the problem targeted to promote the successful implementation of patrondriven acquisition in our country.
