摘　　要：在超高层建筑方案初期进行合理电梯交通设计与规划,满足超高层建筑竖向人流运输问题,对提升建筑设计及使用品质具有重要意义。该文主要分析归纳了电梯设计的主要设计步骤、要点及主要设计因素,并结合实际超高层办公建筑电梯设计方案进行了比较分析说明。At the schematic design stage, the rational design and planning of elevator traffic configuration are of importance to solve the vertical transportation issue and promote architectural design and quality. This paper mainly analyzes the main design steps, key points and elements of elevator design, and, combined with a high-rise office building, makes a comparative elaboration.
