港珠澳大桥东人工岛工程深厚软基处理综合技术

摘　　要：港珠澳大桥东人工岛软基处理具有厚度大、水深深、环保要求高等特点。工程综合运用了开挖换填法、排水固结法、水下挤密砂桩、高压喷射注浆法等软基处理技术。工程施工中解决了超深塑料排水板打设、深水区高置换率挤密砂桩施工、高固结土中超深高压喷射注浆复合地基施工等技术难题。软基处理后人工岛地基沉降、沉管隧道过渡段地基处理、施工环保等均取得良好效果。The east artifical island soft foundation treatment of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge located with deep soft soil and deep water with high requirements for environmental protection etc. This project uses excavation replacement method, drainage consolidation method, sand compaction pile and high pressure jet grouting. In construction, it solves difficult technical problems such as ultra deep prefabricated drains, high replacement rate sand compaction pile in deep water, deep jet grouting in high compression soil etc. After treatment, the foundation settlement of island, soft foundation treatment at the transition section of immersed tunnel, and environmental protection achieve good results.
