摘　　要：权力文明是马克思恩格斯权力思想的精髓。权力文明是相对于权力野蛮和权力愚昧而言的进步状态,是在人类社会权力实践活动中取得的一切文明成果。马克思恩格斯权力文明思想的内容包括科学正确的权力观、权力的公开透明和权力的有效监督三个方面。Power civilization is the essence of Marx and Engels power thought.Power civilization is the progress of the state relative to the brutal power and power ignorance,and is all the progress and civilization achievements of the human society in the practice for power.The basic content of Marx and Engels power civilization thought include scientific correct authority view,authority,transparency and effective supervision.
