罕见肾上腺区占位性病变13例分析

摘　　要：目的分析肾上腺区几种罕见占位性病变的临床及影像学表现。方法回顾性分析13例经手术及病理证实的肾上腺区罕见占位性病变患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果 13例罕见肾上腺区占位性病变中肾上腺区胃肠道间质瘤2例、肾上腺区副脾3例(其中1例伴胃重复囊肿)、肾上腺Castleman病4例、肾上腺淋巴管瘤4例。其中术前影像学诊断正确3例,其余10例术前误诊。结论这几种肾上腺区罕见占位性病变的临床及影像学表现有一定的特点,在临床实践中应对其有充分了解,注意结合患者的病史、实验室检查、影像学结果等各项资料,诊断时充分考虑其发病的可能性,避免误诊。Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging features of several rare adrenal area space-occupying lesions.Methods Clinical data of 13 cases surgically and pathologically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed.Results Of the 13 cases,2 were gastrointestinal stromal tumors,3 were accessory spleens（one case with gastric duplication cyst）,4 were Castleman disease,and 4 were lymphangioma.Except for 3 cases diagnosed before surgery,the other cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusions These rare diseases present characteristic clinical and radiological manifestations.For correct diagnosis,the patient＇s medical history,laboratory tests,imaging results and other data should be taken into account to make a comprehensive judgment.
