摘　　要：推动三化协调发展是破解河南当前发展中若干重大问题的关键环节。新常态下,发挥好服务业在三化中的功用有利于经济健康发展。当前,河南省服务业发展面临着质量不高、定位不准、制度建设滞后、科技人才短缺等问题。所以,在三化协调发展中,服务业亟须准确定位、找准切入点,推动其健康发展。Three-zation coordinated development is the key link to solve some major problems in the current development process of Henan.Fulfilling the function of service industry in the three-zation will be benefit to the healthy development of economy under the new normal situation.At present, the problems existing in service industry development of Henan Provence are as follows ： low quality, improper orientation, institution construction lagging behind, shortage of technical talents and so on.So, service industry needs to find out accurate positioning and the breakthrough point, to realize its healthy development in the process of three-zation coordi- nated development.
