秦皇岛市环保人才需求调查分析

摘　　要：通过资料收集、访谈、调查问卷等多种方法,对秦皇岛市环保产业发展及环保人才需求情况进行调查和分析。结果表明:秦皇岛市环保产业吸纳就业能力不断增强,环保人才需求学历以本科和大专为主,具备一定工作经验者优先,环境工程技术方向的人才需求量较大。结合中国环境管理干部学院的实际情况,建议在环保专业学生培养方面应依托企业,改革人才培养模式;通过校企合作,加强学生的实习实训。Data collection, interview, surveys and other methods were adopted to investigate and analyze the situation of environmental protection industry and talents demand in Qinhuangdao city. The results indicated that environmental protection industry provided employment opportunities for more and more people and environmental protection industry talents with university or college diploma, certain working experience and skilled in environmental engineering technology were the main demand in Qinhuangdao. At last, combining with the actual situation of Environmental Management College of China, some recommendations about cultivation of students majored in environmental protection in Qinhuangdao city were put forward. The suggestions were as follows： reform the mode of talents training relying on enterprise and strengthen practice and training through school-enterprise cooperation.
