摘 要:为弥补水土保持定性评估的不足,构建了由8个指标要求、3个层次、36个评估因子组成的评估指标体系,采用改进的专家打分和层次分析相结合的方法,分析评估因子的权重,建立水土保持评估模型,实现了定量化评估。案例验证表明,构建的评估模型科学合理,具可操作性,定量化评估结果作为行政验收的依据更客观真实。To compensate for the water conservation engineering of lack of acceptance technical production and construction qualitative evaluation for soil and projects, an indicator system was composed, including 8 index requirements, 3 hierarchies and 36 factors. The weights of all factors were calculated by the method of improved expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation model was established to achieve the acceptance for soil and water conservation facili- ties of production and construction projects quantitative assessment. Through case applications, the results showed that the assessment index system was scientific and rational, objective and fair, realistic, and the quantitative evaluation results could be used as a basis for a more intuitive adm- inistrative acceptance.
