摘　　要：首先对锻造过程中孔洞闭合的演化方式进行研究,找出缺陷闭合的条件,采用Deform-2D数值模拟的方法进行模拟分析,得到所建立的模型内部缺陷闭合的规律,为消除孔洞缺陷提供理论依据。The paper studied the evolution of the void closure in the process of forging and find out the conditions for elimination of void defects.With the Deform-2D numerical simulation method the paper made a simulation analysis of the regularity of the in -ternal void closure of the established model , which could provide a theoretical basis for elimination of the defect .
