摘  要:许用扭矩是拧紧螺纹紧固件时可施加的最大扭矩值,它是保证螺纹连接安全可靠的重要参数;由于现有扭矩扳手需要人工依靠经验或理论计算来设定所需扭矩值,设计了一种通过自动识别螺栓规格并计算许用扭矩的位移式许用扭矩传感器;螺栓夹持装置开口大小的调整与电位器阻值调整通过齿轮相关联用于识别螺栓规格信息,单片机HT66F50采集电位器的模拟信号经模数转换为数字信号运算并处理,计算结果通过液晶显示模块LCD1602进行显示;通过数据拟合及公式推导建立许用扭矩计算理论,硬件采用技术成熟的集成模块,软件设计采用模块化思想,建立了传感器原理样机;测试结果表明,数据计算误差在允许范围内,能够快速准确地计算许用扭矩值,达到了设计要求。Allowable torque is the maximum torque value that can be applied when tightening the screw fasteners, which is an important parameter to ensure the safety and reliability of the screw connection. Since the existing torque wrench needs to rely on experience or theoret- ical calculation to set the required torque value, designed a displacement allowable torque sensor to calculate the allowable torque value through the automatic identification bolt specifications. The size of opening adjusting of bolt clamping device and the potentiometer resistance were associated by gear for identifying bolt specifications. SCM HT66F50 collected potentiometer analog signal by the analog--digital conver- sion and processing operation by the liquid crystal display module LCD1602 display data. By fitting the data and derivation established allowa- ble torque calculate theoretical, Using the proven hardware integration module, software design is modular thinking. The sensor principle prototype is established. Test results show, data calculation error is within the allowable range, it can quickly and accurately calculate the allowable torque value, it has met the design requirements.
