摘　　要：紧度系数估算是精纺呢绒设计的重要步骤,也是控制织物品质的重要方法。双层织物是目前市场流行的品种,也是精纺呢绒生产中的一个重点与难点。介绍了常用组织的织物紧度系数的估算方法,并在此基础上提出了精纺双层织物紧度系数的估算方法,分3种情况进行探讨,并以实例说明了这些方法在实际生产中的运用。Estimating tightness is an important step in worsted fabric design, and it is also an important way to control the fabric quality. Double fabric is a popular variety currently on the market, it＇s also a key point anti a difficult point during the production of the worsted fabric. The methods of estimating the tightness coefificient of fabric textures which were in common use was discussed, based on this, some thinkings of worsted double fabric tightness coefficient estimation were proposed, three cases were discussed and illustrated how to apply these methods to the actual production.
