摘 要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PET/PTT)复合丝、涤纶低弹丝和胶丝交织而成的针织松紧带为研究对象,模拟人体穿着状态,通过定伸长弹性回复率试验,研究不同定伸长时间对PET/PTT复合丝交织针织松紧带的影响,预测人体实际穿着时松紧带的耐疲劳性。结果显示:随定伸长时间的增加,松紧带疲劳现象逐渐加剧,符合实际穿着情况。研究结果对PET/PTT复合丝交织针织松紧带类织物的实际应用具有一定的参考价值。The knitted elastic band interwoven with the polyethylene terephthalate/polytrimethylene terephthalate (PET/PTT) composite yarn, polyester drawn textured yarn and plastic wire was taken as research object, the human body's wearing condition was simulated. Through constant elongation elastic recovery test, the effects of PET/PTT composite yarn interwoven knitted elastic band with different time of constant elongation were investigated, and the actual wearing elastic band's fatigue durabilitiy of human body was predicted. The conclusion shows that with constant elongation time increasing, the fatigue phenomenon of the elastic band gradually increased, which is in line with the actual wearing situation. The results have eertain reference in praetical application of such as PET/PTT composite yarn interwoven and knitted elastic band.
