摘　　要：目的研究地蜂子Potentilla freyniana Bornm的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和Toyopearl柱层析法对地蜂子乙酸乙酯提取部位进行分离纯化,再通过理化性质和波谱数据对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为phloridzosid(1)、4'-O-乙基-儿茶素(2)、3-甲基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-木榶苷(3)、clethric acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(4)、niga-ichigoside F2(5)、儿茶素(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。结论化合物1和2为首次从委陵菜属植物中分离得到,化合物3、4、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Potentilla freyniana. METHODS The compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of P. freyniana by silica and Toyopearl gel column chromatography.Their structures were then elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as phloridzosid（ 1）,4＇-O-ethyl-catechin（ 2）,3-methyle ellagic acid-4-O-β-D-xylopyranoside（ 3）,clethric acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester（ 4）,niga-ichigoside F2（ 5）,catechins（ 6）,daucostarine（ 7）,β-sitosterol（ 8）. CONCLUSION Compounds 1 and 2 are firstly obtained from genus Potentilla. Compounds 3,4 and 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
