摘 要:某地区的低品位磁铁矿石中含有磷灰石和钛铁矿,为了充分开发利用这种低品位的矿产资源,对其进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:原矿在-74?m占55%的磨矿细度下,采用弱磁选回收铁、磁选尾矿浮选磷灰石、浮选磷灰石尾矿再浮选钛铁矿的工艺流程,可获得TFe品位66.12%、回收率59.61%(磁性铁回收率94.48%)的铁精矿,P2O5品位36.84%、回收率92.65%的磷精矿,Ti O2品位45.87%、回收率60.32%的钛精矿。A low-grade magnetic ore in a certain area was associated with apatite and ilmenite. In order to exploit and use the mineral resource, dressing test was carried out. The results showed: at the grinding fineness of-74 ?m accounting for 55%, the dressing process was determined involving low-intensity magnetic separation to recover iron, flotation of tailings to enrich ilmenite, flotation of ilmenite tailings and then flotation of apatite, thus the iron concentrate with TFe grade of 66.12% and recovery of 59.61%(recovery of magnetic iron being 94.48%), the phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 36.84% and recovery of 92.65%, and the titanium concentrate with Ti O2 grade of 45.87% and recovery of 60.32% were achieved.
