摘 要:通过对工程机械电液换挡阀换挡特性的研究,将离合器的结合过程与电液换挡阀的工作过程进行了关联,并且以AMESim为基础建立了电液换挡阀的仿真模型。通过试验验证了仿真模型的仿真精度,并以仿真模型为基础进一步研究了影响换挡油压曲线的因素,得出了油压曲线的调节方法。After the study on the buffering characteristics of the electrohydraulic buffering valve in engineering machinery, the engagement process of the clutch and the working process of the electrohydraulic buffering valve were connected. And then, the simulation model of the electrohydraulic buffering valve was built in AMESim, and the precision of the simulation model was verified via the test. In addition, the factors affecting the variation curve of buffering oil pressure were studied based on the simulation model, and the method of regulating the curve of oil pressure was obtained.
