基于西门子PCS7的活性石灰生产线控制系统的设计及应用

摘　　要：以实际活性石灰生产线为基础,介绍了运用西门子PCS7建立的控制系统网络结构;并分别对控制系统的布局、网络组态、软件编程以及上位机监控画面进行了详细说明。实际应用结果表明,该控制系统稳定、安全可靠,可以很好地显示系统设备的工作状况及工艺参数,具有良好的人机交互性。Based on actual active lime production line, the paper introduced the network structure of the control system built based on PCS7, and detailedly narrated the control system about its layout, network configuration and software programming as well as the monitoring interface of the master computer. Practical application results showed： the control system was stable, safe and reliable, well displayed the operation status and technical parameters of the system facilities, and possessed excellent human-machine interaction.
