摘 要:分析了表面活性剂体系的复配机理及优势,通过强碱重烷基苯磺酸盐与石油磺酸盐的复配得到了性能稳定的驱油用弱碱表面活性剂,并对复配体系的性能(界面张力、稳定性、抗吸附及乳化性能、天然岩心驱油效果)进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该弱碱表面活性剂可在较宽的活性剂浓度(0.05%~0.3%)和碱浓度(Na2CO3浓度跨度≥0.6%)区间范围内与大庆原油形成10-1 mN/m数量级超低界面张力,室内天然岩心驱油试验比水驱采收率提高17.2%,比单独应用石油磺酸盐驱油的采收率高出1.2%。该研究扩大了弱碱表面活性剂的来源,且相比强碱活性剂,三元复合驱降低了开采成本,具有良好的应用前景。The mechanism and advantage of surfactant combination system are analyzed.The surfactants are obtained by combining HABS with petroleum sulfonate,which are suitable for Na2CO3 and ASP flooding.The corresponding ASP system not only has a good performance interfacial tension required for oil displacement,but also has superior results in IFT range detection,viscosity stability,adsorptivity,emulsification and oil-flooding efficiency on natural cores.The results of adsorptivity and emulsification experiments indicate that the surfactants have a wide IFT range.The concentration of surfactants is from 0.05%to 0.3%;the concentration of alkali is equal or greater than 0.6%.By optimizing the formula,the results of the core flooding experiments,compared to water flooding experiments,enhance 17.2% of the oil recovery,also enhance 1.2% of the oil recovery by combining HABS with petroleum sulfonate.It has a good prospect for the wide-scale sources of surfactants and the low cost of chemical flooding.
