摘　　要：大学思想政治课实效性要以考核方法、教学方法改革为条件,本文分析了思想政治课教学存在的问题,提出了教学理念改革问题,介绍了教学中考核方法、教学方法改革的具体做法,突出以学生为本,实效性为先,并提出未来改革的努力方向。The effectiveness of College Ideological and Political Theory course should take assessment methods and teaching methods reform as conditions. In the paper, analyzed the problems existed in the teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course, provided the reform of teaching philosophy, introdused the specific practices of assessment methods and teaching methods reform in teaching,outstanded the idea of student-oriented and effectiveness for the first, and proposed the efforts direction of reform in the future.
