压延帘布扒皮掉胶质量缺陷分析及解决措施

摘　　要：对压延帘布扒皮掉胶质量问题进行分析,并提出了解决措施。通过严格控制压延机干燥辊温度、压延主机辊筒表面温度、压延主机辊筒间堆积胶量、压延帘布胶质量稳定性、压延机主机辊筒间距、压延机主机辊筒预弯压力,以及严格按照帘布压延工艺标准操作,解决了压延帘布扒皮掉胶问题,大幅提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。In this paper,the root causes of cord defect detached rubber issue,were analyzed and corrective actions were put forward. It was found that processing parameters had to be under strict control,for example,temperature of drying roll,temperature of the main calender roll,the amount of rubber between rolls,quality of rubber compound,gap of calender rolls and stress on the calender roll. With the process improvement,the production effi ciency increased and production cost was reduced.
