动车变压器油箱内壁用醇酸树脂涂料的研制

摘  要:通过GC-MS分析动车变压器油箱内壁用进口涂料的化学成分,得知其成膜物质为以苯酐、多元醇及豆油脂肪酸为单体合成的醇酸树脂。采用类似单体合成醇酸树脂制得油箱内壁涂料样品,常规及绝缘性能均能达到进口涂料水平。经研究发现,普通色素炭黑的导电性能严重影响了涂膜的绝缘性能,而卡博特ML炭黑对涂膜绝缘性能无影响;白云母粉对涂膜的绝缘性能没有提高作用,而合成云母粉能将涂膜的体积电阻率从3×10^(13)Ω·m提高到8.5×10^(13)Ω·m,超过了进口产品的8.1×10^(13)Ω·m。The composition of imported interior wall paint of transformer oil tank was analysised by GC-MS. The test results indicated the film forming materials included alkyd resin synthesized by phthalicanhydride, polyol and soy oil fatty acid. Conventional and insulation properties of domestic products which was made to produce similar alkyd resins could achieve similar properties as the import products. It was found that general carbon black pigments seriously affect coating's insulating property, but CABOT ML carbon black did not affect this property. Muscovite powder had no good function on coatings insulation property, but synthesis mica powder can increase the coating's volume resistivity from 3×10 13Ω · m to 8.5× 10 13 Ω · m, over than import coating's 8.1 × 10 13 Ω · m.
