摘　　要：SPUA-M200聚脲涂料用于某产品高性能电控设备表面喷涂防护和装饰。从具体型号的聚脲涂料的特性入手,结合喷涂表面材质,详细叙述了(1±0.1)mm薄型SPUA-M200慢速聚脲喷涂工艺、流程与方法,并对喷后聚脲涂层进行了性能测试,同时根据现场喷涂过程中涂层常见缺陷进行了归纳与总结,分析得出了影响涂膜质量的主要因素。The SPUA-M200 polyurea coatings were applied for protection and decoration on the electricity control equipments. Combined with characteristics of the （1±0.1） mm thin SPUA-200 polyurea spray technology and the substrates, processes,methods of spraying and of spray were described. Based on the performances tests, the coating defects were sumnlarizcd and analyzed. Influencing factors on coating quality were discussed.
