摘　　要：针对抗生素生产废水难处理的特点,采用"AAO+生物滤池+絮凝沉淀"耦合技术处理抗生素类混合工业废水,取得了良好的处理效果。各生物段机理分析表明:在厌氧单元主要是发生水解酸化、开环、断链和释放磷,厌氧池同时生长着大量的反硝化聚磷菌,同步实现反硝化脱氮和除磷作用;缺氧池主要发挥反硝化作用,同时发生一定的缺氧吸磷作用;好氧池主要发挥了去除有机物、好氧硝化和好氧吸磷的功能,且同时发生好氧反硝化,同步实现去除有机物、脱氮和除磷;生物滤池对COD、氨氮和TP的去除主要是物理拦截、化学氧化和生物代谢等协同作用的结果。According to the refractory feature of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater,the AAO+BAF(biological aerated filter)+flocculation combined process was applied to treat antibiotics-based industrial wastewater and achieved good treatment effects.The mechanism analysis of biological treatments showed that hydrolysis acidification,openloop,chain scission and release of phosphorus mainly occur in anaerobic unit,while the growth of denitrifying phosphorus bacteria in anaerobic tank removes nitrogen and phosphorus synchronously.It is mainly denitrification and partly anoxic phosphorus uptake in anoxic tank.The aerobic tank plays a major role in organics removal,aerobic nitrification and phosphorus uptake.At the same time aerobic denitrification occurs to remove organics,nitrogen,and phosphorus synchronously.The removal of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TPby BAF is mainly the synergies of physical interception,chemical oxidation and biological metabolism.
